Since implementing Amalga as our patient management system over two years ago, we've made several improvements that have significantly reduced duplicate data entry.

Patient information is now well-organized and easily accessible, allowing us to dedicate more time to providing quality care. As a regular user of the Clinical Workstation (CWS), I find it invaluable for managing patient care.

The system's user-friendly interface and clear layout make navigating records and updating information seamless. I particularly appreciate the quick access to patient history, lab results, and other vital details, which greatly enhances the speed and accuracy of clinical decisions. The patient summary screen is especially valuable for all clinical staff at Kaweka, displaying critical information such as allergies, conditions, and alerts. With its availability across all PCs, including in the theatre, it adds an important layer of safety to ensure that no crucial details are missed. Overall, having a centralised source of truth has greatly improved both efficiency and patient safety at Kaweka.
